So i subscribe to the Nite plan and got 3gb then downloaded 93mb and browsed a bit and then checked my bundle.. Then to my utter shock i got a reply with "you have 112mb remaining" , not even the normal 'you have used blah blah Mb' so i call CCare and ofcourse kept telling me to call back later and other crap. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem ? Can you please tell me if i can actually get my Mb or my money back. Oh and i thought they added the plans with 1.5gb then where is the increase or is it just a typical scam? |
