While I'm an atheist and therefore I view masturbation as perfectly normal and natural, I'd like to see your SCRIPTURAL justification for saying that self-pleasure is forbidden or sinful in the Bible. Anything which is considered sinful for Christians must be directly and clearly stated, because to suggest that God left some things unclear would be saying that God deliberately confuses people.
