go for dell latitude d620 or d630. it is a 14 inch screen, 80 or 160 g ram, no webcam, rugged machine for 40k at computer village lagos.

In Nigeria, i dont think u can get it for that price except the Chinese made or the mini pc but U can get a rugged dell laptop with 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD, 15.6" screen for just $450 or a lenovo of 2GB Ram, 320GB HDD from $300 and get it delivered to you within 7 working days. They can be made in China but for US so they have US specifications. This means they are better than the general china laptops.
