Didn't you get the memo? Stolen money is meant to be taken OUT of Nigeria, not brought into it. Go ask the customs officers at MMA.

Funny how you people understimate the intelligence authorities in Nigeria. Are you aware that the CBN sent his pics to all banks after getting the info from the FBI 4-5 years ago? They already trailed his family members. I wish he had set foot in Nigeria sef so that his capture by the Nigerian authorities would have brought this country some positive news. Theyve been hot on his trail. Again, i hope HE TOSSES SALADS in jail till he dies. Bloody thief
i beg forget story ,which kind yeye efcc go aarrest him if he can settle .there are worse criminals than this guy in our senate and house of reps.the only mistake ibori made was to travel out of nigeria if not, nobody and nothing would have touched him.if this guy came to naija and change his name ,matter die be that.it seems u are not conversant most drug lords and credit card crooks are enjoying immunity just by becoming senators nd so on.

Yeah that's what they tell little fries like you and I
Yet the biggest gangs and most efficient criminal enteprises are not the dudes who run the streets or fly over fences into people's houses
Nah!
Look towards the black suits in big corporations ,government halls, judiciary and those licensed to kill on behalf of the state i.e. the police&para military.
Not only in 9ja but globally
Point in question:Who is punishing the black suits (investment bankers, politicians, regulatory agencies and their ilk) who threw the planet especially Europe&America into the current economic and financial crises?
I'm not excusing Tobechi but bigger and more dangerous minds people the above named institutions.

So, because bigger thieves exists, we should all become smaller thieves? Criminal mind in action. SMH

His adiction to gambling and white female models got him ducked. And the next best place to continue indulging in these outside USA is Austriallia.

The Arabian or communist worlds could have provided him with FBi protection but it can't provid a comfortable baller's environment....except you are an Arabian prince or a son of a communist dictator.

Its so hard for a young man with illegit $44 million not to want to ball out of boudries.

Ballin' is over. Time to do the time.

Lemme see...A guy was so desperate to make money so he can live life like a baller. Nairalanders on comment section say he should have stayed on the low down and quit the baller lifestyle. Em...isn't that the reason he took all the risk in the first place? To live like a baller?

Shame on us all!

Imagine fellow Nigerians applauding the criminal and offering ideas on how he should have beaten the law.

So it is true that ALL Nigerians are scammers! Indeed, there's a thief in all of us!

I shake my head in shame.

PS. Let him come and do time in a Nigerian prison. Id!ot.

Shame on all you idiots supporting this foolish boy. Bloody Nigerians. Instead of you to stand up against something that is wrong, you're all suggesting he should have gone to nigeria to hide. No wonder the rest of the world hates us. If they call us all scammers, you will start vexing, yet you are supporting the actions of scammers. I pray this stupid son of a gun ROTS in jail. It is because of idiots like this that you cant do anything in places like Houston without people referring to you as a thief. Same reason Nigerians working in banks have a difficult time moving up. Everywhere you go, they regard you as a thief and idiots on this site are celebrating this nonsense. You bunch of morons. After you'll start blaming G.E.J when the real problem lies with the populace. Shame on you all.
Very pwerful comments. From these their supportive comments, almost every nigerians are DAMN corrupt yet they go against jona who do not h ave two per cent of these their hearths.

This guy is a joke!!!

I thought he was somewhere in the northern part of Nigeria.

How can you be an American fugitive and you're next to Osama Bin Laden in getting caught and flee to Australia?

Sure you must get caught soon
