When it rains, it definitely pours: The Pistorius family know this, as Oscar Pistorius' older brother, Carl Pistorius, is facing culpable homicide charges for hitting a female biker during a fatal car crash in 2008. The older Pistorius was ironically due in court last Thursday, February 21, 2013, the same day that his brother appeared in front of a judge for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
