Punisher: Phillip Hudson Jr., 24, is accused of using a stun gun on a five-year-old boy at least 20 times for not doing his homework
A five-year-old boy was repeatedly shot with a Taser gun leaving burns all over his body as a punishment for allegedly not doing his homework.
Doctors examining the boy in Tulsa, Oklahoma found burn marks on his back, arms, shoulders and stomach from where he had been hit with up to 50,000 volts.
Child crisis detectives said they had never come across an abuse case like it.
And the doctor who examined the boy for the alleged abuse was so stunned by what he saw that he volunteered to be shot with a Taser to see for himself what the boy went through.
Dr Michael Baxter asked a police officer to shoot him in the arm - and said the force of the electric charge almost knocked him out of his chair.
He said: 'It's really indescribable. Takes your breath away. I literally hit the floor with one hand and caught myself.'
Police arrested the boy's ex-boyfriend Phillip Hudson Jr, 24, who allegedly confessed to shooting the boy with the Taser while looking after him at his home.
Investigators said Hudson Jr had been spanking the boy as punishment but that was leaving bruises on his little body.

He allegedly started using a Taser as she thought it would not leave any marks.
Police say Hudson was disciplining the boy for not paying attention during reading and colouring time.
'I can't imagine anyone would think it would be okay to tase a five-year-old for not doing homework, not paying attention,' said Detective Danielle Bishop, a child crisis officer.
Police became involved after the boy, who has not been named, told his elementary school teachers his arm hurt.

When they examined him they found bruises on his arm and the boy told them his step-father had hit him with a wooden board several times.
Pediatrician Dr Baxter examined the boy and found the burn marks on his body.
He told News On 6 that he wanted to see for himself what it felt like to be shot with a Taser and said he cannot imagine what it must have been like for the boy to be hit as many as 20 times.
Describing the injuries Detective Bishop said: 'He had over 15 burn marks all over his body, back, arms, shoulders, stomach, butt and feet from being tased.'

Bruises: When the boy came to school and told teachers his arm hurt they discovered the burns on his body as was a bruises after he was hit with a board
Bishop said Hudson told her it was a 'bad idea' to use a Taser and would not do it again.
'I even asked him if this is something he read on the Internet-where did this come from? That's when he stated, when he was spanking the little boy, it was leaving bruises, so he didn't want to do that. So, he decided to use a taser,' Bishop said.
Police said Hudson Jr lived next door to the victim and looked after him while his mother was at work.
He is being held in a Tulsa jail.
When a local TV reporter called at his home a man who answered the door claimed what had happened to Hudson was 'overkill.'
The unidentified man said: ‘He made a stupid decision but it was a disciplinary act. He didn't take the kid out in the snow, there wasn't that much drama involved. Like I said it was disciplinary act it was a bad decision.'

shocked what a sick, sadistic p.o.s!! How does a normal human being conceive such an idea? Family of sickos, it's possible that's how the guy himself got disciplined himself that's why a household member sees nothing wrong with shocking someone with electricity 20 times for not paying attention to homework. Bloody psycho. When will people wake up and not be so trusting of who they leave their kids with? What if one of these shocks stopped the boys heart? If someone is a bum whether its a parent or not don't leave your child with them. I don't agree with the idea that a father (or any parent) must be in a child's life simply because of their DNA contribution. If you can't trust the safety or security of your child to the person, it's better keeping them apart IMO. (I know this guy is not the father, but this thought is in reference to discussions I've seen on other threads).
