A lady friend told me her ordeal and is asking for help;

She sat the may/june WAEC exam in 2001,and made 6 credits when the result was released. with the result and the computer printout from WAEc, she got admission in 2003 to study Economics. Well in 2007, after writing and passing her final degree exams, she went for clearance prior to national service in 2008, when she was told to go bring her original Waec certificate.
When she got to her secondary school, she was told her certificate was not released by WAEC. She went back to her school but the registrar in charge told her to print the result from the net, but when she tried, all her results were cancelled.
According to her, she had been going to Waec office in Yaba since then and nobdy is giving her any reasonable explanation, not to talk of doing sometting about it. And she is about giving up hope. Please people, what can she do?

Honestly her mother had prayed her heart out. Her only child that went to univeristy.
