you won't be able to change the files after uploading but since they replied ur mail,i'll advise u put ur mind @rest and hope for the best and most 100l students don't have cgp yet while 200l should have...everyone has a chance of getting it so all is well

Using two sittings will truncate your chances of being shortlisted. Its better you use a single result.
