You did not indicate the engine size of the car you want. Are you looking at V6 of the camry? Most of the Avalon are V6 engine. Depending on what you want, both vehicles (V6) will give you performance. Avalon has more prestige than the Camry but does not have a resale (second hand) value here in Nigeria. Both vehicles are ok but as I said, it depends on what you want in a car. Also mentainance is relatively & comparatively cheaper for the Camry.
