If phones had issues we would say, we have been advertising for two weeks and had customers through this site buy, if there was issues with our handsets that were not stated or not resolved to there satisfaction, im sure they would have commented on the forums by now, like you would also do if you bought from us. 9700 we don't have this week but following week we will have, there is plenty of other alternatives if your interested give us a call
