I have a land of space 1.98htrs in the Fct to build a duplex and a bungalow behind. I have an idea of what I want. I require a detailed plan which can be approved.

What I require is a detailed
Floor plans
Elevation
Site plan
Roof plan
A section if the building
Electrical and mechanical layout
And a 3d of the front if building

This is what I require, once drawing is done you would I would like it sent to me on auto-cad and PDF with detailed title block of which I would give details to successful applicant. In terms of fee anything too pricey I wouldn't employ as job would be on a long term basis.
