Arsenal FC on Wednesday night were exited from the prestigious Uefa Champions League even after defeating their opponent Bayern Munich on their ground with 2 goals to nil taking the aggregate scoreline to 3-3. On away goal rule, Arsenal is out having conceded 3 at home and only scored once. However, shouldn't it count that the opponent team couldn't even score on is soil? The rule to me seems archaic! An extra time after 90 mins would av been a fair judgement. AWAY GOAL RULE SHOULD BE SCRAPPED!!! I believe this will even help the game and reduces teams chances cheating at home. Enough of the drama...It's crazy. |

Op,I agree with u. Away goals rule is not a thru reflection of a teams input. Wen u compare inter's performance yesterday wit wat spurs put up a week ago, u wil understand beta. |
