This z my first topic so forgive any blunderz... I dnt really knw where to post this. Hope am in d right place??
I have a friend(female) who z complanin of a constant weight gain in a couple of weekz despite her exercise rountine(not outdoor though) and low food intake(she use to be a junk fud fan bt has quit)... Her major concern z ha tummy which z bulging(she takez beer bt has stoped) and ha arms which are fat. I want to knw if there is any drug or therapy that could be used to her loose weight and trim down ha tummy. Realy need ur help coz it is depressin her.
