I know many women won’t agree with this, but indecent dressing is responsible for majority of incidents of rape against ladies. This is so because men her built in such a way that their “body” responds quickly to sensitive parts of the woman’s body. It’s better for ladies to dress decently!

How did you get to know that was what Jay Leno was looking at? The picture doesn't seem to me that he was looking at here cleavage and bombs but what was before Halle Belle.
