An insurance,wchich was established in August, 1962 as a Specialist Life Company under the name Yorkshire Insurance Company. The public quoted Composite Insurance Company, presently operates with an asset base in excess of N13.7 billion and a fully paid-up of 1.975 Billion and authorized share capital of N3 Billion. The company has a shareholder's fund of over N6.4 Billion.

The Management Team of the company is made up of well trained, highly skilled and competent professionals. The company is fully computerised and relies on the most advanced Information Technology equipment. Its computer network can easily accommodate future expansion in business volume due to an inbuilt flexibility mechanism. The company has also put in place sound reinsurance treaties with first class Reinsurance Companies. They seek the service(s) of Marketing Executive, who must be very smart, intelligent, result oriented and a good team player.

Job Summary
The job provides you the opportunity to earn Executive pay; Earning potentials are Unlimited with attractive fringe benefits while you control your working hours to a large extent and have an opportunity to own your house and car within 1- 2 years.

Responsibilities:

•The sales/marketing representative is responsible to the sales director.
•Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

•Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

•Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

•Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

•Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

•Develop and maintain sales materials.

•Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

•Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

•Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

•Identify client’s needs and concerns and proffer solutions.

•Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

•Communicate opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

•Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

•Develop and implement special sales activities to increase revenue.

•Develop programme ideas to suit client needs.

•Submit daily and weekly sales report.

•Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

•Monitor, evaluate and report activities embarked on by competition.

•Collection of orders and ensuring that traffic schedules same daily.

•Follow-up for collection of payment.

•Coordinate schedules and delivery of adverts.

•Take turns in the preparation of the daily news roundup for prospecting.

•Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees and interns.

•Has excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job.

•Adhere strictly to rules and procedures as set by management.

•Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:
•Degree, HND, OND, Marketing, Business Admin, any of the Social sciences.
•Good customer relation skills
•At least 1 year working experience preferably in a related role
