It depends on the area.... If u'r a corper, i will advice you to go to Dada estate or oroki estate.... U can get it for 50K dere... U knw osogbo is nt a biz town so self-contained is very scarce

Sorry to add this oo,don't think accomodation is that expensive in osogbo and I don't think there are too many self contain in osogbo and infact I don't think I knw of any back there.would jes advise u to get a 2bdroom Ap for th person it shd b less than 50k per annum in some area there.

Bros, e don teh wey u go osogbo last... Good 2bedroom wit water goes for 80k ryt nw...

No doubt its bn a while that I travelled down but am still very +ve that 50k shd still get u a 2bdroom in some area of Os.wud try and findout and get bck
