All the three parties involved, but the greatest blame goes to the one who murdered a fellow human being. |

Everyone is responsible for their own actions. Woman is solely to blame for murdering the husband. Husband to blame for his infidelity and blindsiding his wife (unless his religion permitted it and she was aware of this). |
