I saw this on copart website this morning, i understand they are coming through the presence of two particular market-makers, which i understand one to be Lebanese  we am hoping this would give Nigerian buyers fairer deals and better bargains. also we hope our esteemed auto-dealers on NL would act fast and also become market makers/brokers, increasing the competition and eliminating anyform of market manipulations or monopoly by foreigners, as seen in Cotonou. NLers, what do you think about this?
