Which righteous man with a
purpose wasn't persecuted?

And when we see someone being persecuted today, we think may be he did
something wrong and his weird.

The bible says all who want to live godly life in christ 'll suffer
persecution, 2Timothy 3:12. When you always want to live for God and righteous too you
'll always be persecuted, 'cos friendship with God is enmity with the
world and vice versa, the world 'll always hate you 'cos ur ways is different from
theirs. Its so funny how men rise against you at such times, even so called
xtians simply 'cos you decided not to follow the way of world.

Brethren are you popular with the world? If yes u have to watch it 'cos u cant
be worldy n godly, u cant continue to live a life of compromise and expect to get a nod from
God.

Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to the pattern of the world but be ye transformed by the
renewing of your mind, then you 'll understand what the will of the Lord is, His
good, pleasing and perfect will.

Though outwardly i perish, but inwardly i am being renewed day by day, For the suffering of this world is not worthy to be compared with the glory that would later b revealed in us.

We are asked to rejoice, its definitely not easy when one is on the hot seat. I am a witness and seriously going through one even right now, but the truth is that we just have to.
