Please be very careful about that link, NAOC uses Dragnet for all their applications. I have never seen this site before. Besides, NAOC closed this year's application on 17th February 2013.
My organisation reported a few of these fraudulent "cloned sites" to Dragnet some years ago and they took drastic measures.
