I just liked Chicken salad , somtin like shawarma but dnt kno ow 2do it, a chef @Tantalizer were I do buy it said I ned buy d equipment which s on a high side,I am not openin any fastfod joint its just personal use, I wil b greatful if any of u can teach me how 2 do it here n ingredient I ned.

When I make salads I don't follow any recipe. You can pretty much get away with putting anything in them, well, as long as they're healthy. Just cut up your fruits and vegetables, add your chicken and put your salad dressing in and you're good to go. Personally, I don't put chicken in salads, I do sometimes add shrimp. I love cashews, so I always put them in as well. I've never heard of anyone putting salt in them, so that's new to me. I don't put salt in salads and never will - because there's no need. If you're using a store-bought salad dressing (sometimes I make my own with simple ingredients), many of them have sodium in them, so adding extra salt is just unnecessary. And If you're adding chicken, I imagine you've already added salt to them when cooking them, so adding extra salt is just too much, but that's just my own opinion.
