A leading player in the Insurance sector requires the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions in Lagos.

1. HEAD LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
The Job
 Direct and coordinate the development and implementation of sound Learning and Development policies and programmes to support the Group’s strategic objectives and direction.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
 Bachelors degree/HND in social sciences or allied areas obtained through full-time study in a reputable institution of higher learning
 Postgraduate/ professional qualifications/ certifications in HR or Training & Development will be an added advantage
 Must have minimum of 6 years post-NYSC work experience in HR, 3 of which should be within the learning and development function, preferably in the financial services industry
 Proven core competencies in skills and curriculum development and corporate academy experience
 Ability to create an e-learning platform and process
 Advanced IT skills
 Strong communication, presentation and people skills.

2. HR TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT OFFICER
The Job
 Support the HR Group in implementing HR strategic objectives
 Act as the HR lead on a range of different projects and programmes

Qualification, Skills and Experience
 Bachelors degree/HND in social sciences or allied areas obtained through full-time study in a reputable institution of higher learning
 Professional qualification or masters degree in human resources management or psychology will be an added advantage
 Must have minimum of 4 years post-NYSC work experience in HR, 2 of which should be in active change management role
 Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
 Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
 Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
 Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
