We are a young couple living in a 2 bed flat in the Essex area of UK, our postcode is RM18. We are looking at letting out our 2nd room to holiday makers coming to the UK. It is a double bedroom with beddings, wardrobe, heating and a chair suitable for a single person or a couple (not suitable for couple with kids). You'll have access to the living room and the kitchen for cooking and washing.

The property is clean and well maintained.

It is close to the bus stop and a 15 mins walk to train station where trains run directly to London Fenchurch Street in 40 mins. Buses go direct to Lakeside shopping mall in 30 mins, Lakeside is one of the biggest malls in UK with a retail park. I can also offer advice on where to shop for cheap and specific items to avoid wasting your time.

It is 1 hour and 20 mins drive from Heathrow airport and we can offer a drop and pick up service to and from the airport depending on your arrival and depature times. Virgin Atlantic works best for us. If you decide to come by trains, it will take 2 hours to get here from Heathrow.

Prices are Single £20 a night
Couple £25 a night
Hotel pickup and drop is £150


You'll have to pay a deposit which will be refunded in full on day of departure. Payment for the days required is paid in advance when you arrive. If you require airport pick up, we will have to accept half of the fare before you arrive. Method of payment will be discussed.
