Good morning ladies and gentlemen, please I need your advice on this issue: I was sent money through western union to my account, on getting to withdraw it, the attendant said I should give him my account number on which I did, he just stared at me and said I said give me your current account, on which I was operating savings.
He now said only current account holders could withdraw through western union.
My question is how true is that reply he gave to me, the bank I operate is GTBank because others I ask told me it doesn't matter whether it is current or savings, once you have a national ID card which I have.

Can't u collect cash instead then pay it into your account
