Assists the Director of Catering & Convention Services in the coordination of catering and convention activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize revenues by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Must be able to work independently and with deadlines. Must be self-motivated and be able to work with clients in a professional manner. Must possess good communication skills to communicate the various needs of clients to the Boss.Must be Lagos state base.Must be a graduate of Food technology/Hotel and Catering Management/Nutrition and Dietary graduate from a reputable higher institution.
