GENERAL NOTE OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales and Marketing includes knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, marketing and selling products and / or services from the company. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and principles of marketing.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:


SSCE, Graduation / Post graduation in Advertising, Marketing, Business / Management, Communications.

Candidates with NO experience in the marketing field but with the WILL to learn.

Candidates in any other relevant field, but with marketing experience.

•Good communicator includes Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the audience.
•Strong Coordination skills, Ethical, Presentable, Quick Learner.
•Good (Presentable) project management skills.
•Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
•Positive ‘i can do it’ attitude.

7.0 JOB PROFILE:

Marketing executives are involved in aspects of marketing, including: planning; advertising; promotion; public/media relations; product development; distribution; sponsorship; and research. The role is often challenging, varied and exciting. Marketing executives may also be known as marketing assistants or coordinators.
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm.
•Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies.
•Advertising/ Marketing executives work closely with their clients throughout campaigns, •Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
•Explore new advertising markets, and propose products to serve them.
•Coordinating with customers, suppliers, service providers and media etc.
•Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new products and / or services.
•Responsible for creating brand image by arranging seminar, workshop, events and any other indoor / outdoor corporate activities.
•Visit to the clients' locations involving product presentations of the company and sales.
•Locate and contact potential clients in order to offer advertising services.
