The Nigerian Police all over the federation will be conducting 'Operation Velvet' this week. Cars with tinted glasses, not registered, or covered plate numbers, will be impounded and prosecuted.

Pls pass this on and inform family and friends to drive with complete particulars & give them maximum cooperation

Pls d Nigerian Police shldnt be called into dis if we r to record success. Dis shld exlucisely be d job of The Federal Road Safety Commision, or better still, The Civil Defence. Am saying dis to avoid accidental discharge in a situation whr N20 is not given.
