General Job Details and Job Responsibilities:
*. Review and actively collect debts referred by Credit Control within a timely period set by management and make key decisions on negotiation, settlement, and arrangements
*. Achieve goals and targets set by Management on Collections and update the access system with new customers and payments
*. Keep a record of payment arrangements internally, as well as payments made to organisation
*. Review and upload recommended actions for the orgnisational Action on money
*. Assist the Supervisor on some meetings, including occasional attendance to meetings
*. Ensure all figures for the organisation updated on a Monthly basis in time for Monthly team meetings.
*. Assist and attend review meetings with all Suppliers on and off site.
Requirements & SKills
*. Strong negotiation organizational skills
*. Able to work under pressure and produce statistical reports and information promptly
*. Ability to make key decisions without supervision
