A consumer engagement and brand optimization firm based in Lagos seeks the services of result-oriented individuals to fill the position of Business Development Officers (BDO).

Job Functions
This is a professional position with primary responsibility for attracting new businesses and
Investment, retaining existing businesses within a location, and facilitating business expansion. This position provides face to face contact and support for business sectors, as well as manages information gathered from various sources.

A Business Development Officer is responsible for developing new business leads for a specific target market of medium to large scale businesses and business professionals; assisting the Business Development Manager in performing various managerial functions of the department as directed, providing a superior level of customer relations and service; and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualification
BSc. and HND (in any discipline)

Requirements
• Must possess a large pool of social and/or professional contacts.
• Suitable candidates should be confident and articulate
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be smart and teachable
• Good communication and listening skills
• Relevant experience in marketing telecoms products
• Member of a major association or cooperative society would be a major advantage
