So I have to go to Keffi to process land documents as C of O is not out yet?

Driving without traffic takes less than 25 mins.

Seconded. Are you going to be building and selling too or you just provide infrastructure for customers?

If you can build for customers as Kunlef asked above do you have samples/plans of bungalows you can build for customers and average projected cost?

This is really useful as many potential customers are not Abuja-based are a bit apprehensive of the rigmarole of developing their plots remotely.

The other question is what's the rough distance/minutes drive without traffic from here to the Airport?
