pls guys i need help to switch from 2G (edge) network to 3G or 4G network on my HTC Inspire 4G phone ana also how to root it. my HTC phone is S-OFF mode can it be rooted.

bro u can not receive 3G signals on ur inspire in Nigeria because at&t has locked its frequency band to 1900 MHz, in Nigeria 3G frequencies stats frm 2100 MHz, I once had the inspire but I sold it. as regards the rooting, u need to know what rom version ur running first.

with the radio stuff i think flashing your radio will do but the rooting is easy i rooted mine and now i am running 4.2.2 custom roms i changed it to 4.3 but it wasnt stable so i changed it backed to 4.2 until theres a stable 4.3 custom rom having issues rooting please contact pm me
