Objectives
- To help Participant understand Building Drawings and be able to interpret them.
- To help participants understand how Quantities are determined and verify them on Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- To help Participants Estimate Cost of Construction become better informed in Negotiating Contract and
Tendering.
- To help Participants to know how to prepare estimated bills.
- To help Participants on how to manage contracts for optimum margin without compromising quality and time.
- To help Participants have a broad Knowledge of Real Estate.

• Introduction to Building Design
• Graphics Communication
• Symbols and Interpretation of Plans
• Contract Management
• Introduction to Building Measurements and Quantities
• Verification of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Preparation of estimated bills.
• Tendering Process and Procedure.

Duration
2 Weekends Programme (Saturdays Only) April 27th & May 4th

TIME 9am - 4pm

Certificate
A Certificate will be awarded to participants who attend all the modules and fulfil all the requirements of the course

Course Fee
=N= N50,000 per participant

The fee covers all the training and all course materials.

Discount: 20% for outright payment on or before April 23rd, 2013.
