just resize ur paspt below 20kb, d 1 i used is 12kb, once u clicked safe it will show

School fees may be depend on your department. Heard Chem Engrn is 120k. Requirement is from 2.2 and above and your transcript with 3 referees. Nothing mentioned about CGPA.
