Because you think it can fly that's why you want to sell it for 3.5m? God nothing i no go see for this forum. My dear before you post what you don't know, 1st of all ask questions. Let me help your poor mentality anyway. That thing is called Jet-Ski, it is used on water, a layman call it water bike. It does not fly, that thing that have 2 tyres are the Jet-Ski carrier.
