Are you out there you're skinny? Wana put on some few pounds? Here tips to help you
1. Eat and sleep everyday- utterly cut down all physical activities. Your food should comprise of saturated fats, sugar, carbohydrate. Eat lots of yams, garri, butter. Avoid vegetables.
