S/N STAFF CATEGORY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / QUALIFICATIONS
1 Farm Supervisor - Poultry

• The Candidate must be a self starter with high level of initiatives and must be able to implement the company’s short, medium and long term plans for Poultry & Animal husbandry division..
• The Incumbent will supervise the poultry farm for optimum utilization of available resources to maximize production.
• A B.Sc /HND in Animal Production & health or Animal Science/Animal Nutrition
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Animal Production, Feed Formulation/Production- with particular emphasis in Poultry production.
• At least, a minimum of 2 years managerial experience
• A masters degree in Animal Nutrition is an added advantage
• Administrative competence is compulsory.
2[b] Farm Supervisor - Fishery[/b]


• The Candidate must be a self starter with high level of initiatives and must be able to implement the company’s short, medium and long term plans for Fishery division.
• The Incumbent will supervise the Fish farm for optimum utilization of available resources to maximize production.
• A B.Sc /HND in Fisheries and Aquaculture Technology or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Hatchery and catfish fingerlings Production, rearing of fingerlings to table size, Pond construction and management (earthen & concrete ponds), Fish Processing & sale and marketing of Fish.
• At least, a minimum of 2 years managerial experience
• A masters degree in Fisheries is an added advantage
• Administrative competence is compulsory
3 Supervisor – Crop Farming
• The Candidate must be a self starter with high level of initiatives and must be able to implement the company’s short, medium and long term plans for Crop Farming division.
• The Incumbent will supervise the Arable Crop section of the farm for optimum utilization of available resources to maximize production.
• A B.Sc /HND in Crop, Pest & Soil Management or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Crop Farming. (maize, cassava, plantain, oil Palm and other crops)
• Cognate experience in the establishment and maintenance of Oil Palm Plantation will be an added advantage
• At least, a minimum of 2 years managerial experience
• A masters degree in related field is an added advantage
• Administrative competence is compulsory.

4 Sales officers

• The incumbent will be responsible for the sales and marketing of company products and maintenance of existing customers
• An OND in Animal production/ Animal nutrition/ Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 year experience in sales of Eggs & other products
• Candidates resident in Eti-ossa, Ibeju Lekki & Lagos Island is an added advantage

• The incumbent will be oversee the FeedMill & Farm Business; daily production activities for Fish feed and Chicken feed; planning, strategies and implementation at least cost production and also implement the company’s short & long term plans for Poultry Farm, Fish pond, piggery and Crop farm.
• A BSC or HND in Animal Production & Health or Animal Science / Animal Nutrition
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Animal Production, Feed formulation/ Production
• At least minimum of 3 years managerial experience
• A masters degree in Animal Nutrition is an added advantage
• A Professional qualification and Administrative competence is an added advantage
• Must have a good knowledge of the use of Extruder Machine, Sinking Feed Machine, Poultry Feed Machine and Pelletizer.

2 Farm Supervisors
• The incumbent will supervise the Poultry, Pig, Fish and crop farm for optimum utilization of available resources to maximize production.
• A BSC or HND in Animal Production & Health or Animal Science / Animal Nutrition
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Animal Production, Feed formulation/ Production
• A masters degree in Animal Nutrition or related fields is an added advantage
• Administrative competence is an added advantage
• Ability to raise birds from day old to laying period is compulsory
• Knowledge of crop production is an added advantage

3 S[b]ales Officers [/b]

• The incumbent will be responsible for the sales and marketing of company’s product and maintenance of existing customers.
• An OND in Animal Production & Health/Animal Nutrition or Agricultural Technology or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales of Animal feed
• Candidates resident around Ikotun in Lagos is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Feed formulation/composition is an added advantage
