Hello Nairalanders, a friend of mine serving in Isikwato local government,Abia State has not been reachable for Four days now...His Folks are really worried and I've been trying to help get contact persons in that Local Government but have not been really successful thus far. Plz your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks |
