Never Underestimate Your Project by Projectcraft: 5:53pm On Apr 25, 2013
Some Project Managers assume that some projects are more important than others, but is this true? Your ability to deliver as a project manager is measured based on the number of projects you undertake successfully whether big or small. Some projects might look small in nature but the outcome would speak volumes and thereby tell more about the project manager's expertise.
Never assume any project is too small as long as you have been saddled with the responsibility of managing it.
You need to be realistic in your thinking and ensure you are not underestimating your needs in terms of resources and budgets as well.
Give it your best shot as the next level in your career might be hinged on it. A proverb says "What is worth doing at all, is worth doing well".
Never overlook any detail on your project give it your best shot.
