1. Operation Manager
Responsibilities
• Direct supervision of all operations and personnel
• Monitor and ensure that all aspect of operations and processes of the company meet specific report
• Ensure quality assurance, quality control and management for maximum customer satisfaction.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs and work orders.
• Maintain appropriate operating reports for all the company facilities.

Requirements
A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business administration and social Sciences with a minimum of 1-5 years work experience.
A strong analytical skill and ability to work under pressure without supervision is necessary.
A higher degree or membership of a relevant professional body is an advantage.

2. Management Trainees
Responsibilities
• To participate in training experiences.
• Learn new skills and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expert with managerial responsibilities.
• Takes decisions and actions in the area of people management and operation management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of second class lower division in any discipline.
• Evidence of participation in NYSC
• Computer literacy is necessary
• Hands on attitude and self-starting disposition
• Oral and written communication skills.
