I have read with deep-seated grieve and dismay how a Controversial Jet was bought at the cost at N7.1 Billion. Almost on daily basis, we hear of tons of Billions being allocated to phantom projects that never see the lights of day. I have been into building construction for years now. I decided to pursue my PhD at University of Ilorin. In the process of conducting my Research, I stumbled upon the greatest discoveries of mass housing innovations. With this building system, 100,000 houses can be build for just N1,000,000,000! The only challenge I have now is how to raise the first Billion Naira to execute these Hundred Thousand Houses. Please don't tell me to 'start small' with lower amount since that is the lowest it can get. |
