The only way to get around the ban is the exercise of rights by marriage. At the moment, (as he is not legally married to the woman, and he is not in in the Netherland to prove the paternity of the child and solicit for parental rights), his rights are as good as the non-existing rights of a sρerm donor.
Encourage the Dutch woman to travel to Nigeria to do the marriage

The documents needed are main documents plus supporting documents, with other documented documents and his documented papers to support his documents amongst other documenting documents in the ocumentary documentation

Too much documents to document for the sole purpose of proper documentation so that d main documents, wit d supporting documents,n d other documents needed 2 complete few remaining documents wil eventually b certified as d proper documents needed to b documented that might lead to documentaries in reference to documents.
