See video of protest that took place in Edo State.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XD4bhmVENM

There has been numerous complaints from JAMB students all over Nigeria who have had their results withheld and haven’t gotten an explanation why.

Students have complained that the biometric verification was not properly done by JAMB officers and has resulted in not being able to view results. Many have taken to twitter & facebook to voice their complaints.

A student had complained that she didn’t get scanned before the examination, and was told by JAMB examination officers not to worry about it. Now that the result is out she cant log in to the website to view her results.

It is reported that about 68,000 results have been withheld for one reason or another, but this number is not confirmed.

The JAMB results have been particularly lower this year with mean scores much lower that the average.

lol,Honestly, i m in support of jamb.the cheating in nigeria is too much, people now paste advert of special center here and there, why much one alter the type question that was given to him if not for the purpose of chreat?

the problem i see in te massive educational renovation is an economic one, those who cant pass 'common jamb will jet abroad(ukraine, cotonou, ghana, even uk and us)to declear themselves foreign stds, thereby creating an ecomomic drain in the system

imagine somebody scoring 150 in nigerian jamb only to go to cotonu or ghana to read medicine and surgery, graduate and practice here.

I really feel for these kids. A very brilliant boy gave me his question paper immediately he got back home from the exam centre for cross-checking. We both re-solved all the four subjects he did and from our personal grading, he shouldn't have had a score lesser than 290. To my greatest suprise he was "given" a score of 185 when the result came out.
I personally believe there's a big error somewhere or truly JAMB did this on purpose. Hundreds of thousand candidates can't be lazy at the same time. May God heal their broken hearts and spirits

Here's another protest!
Vote to SCRAP JAMB/UTME and save yourself this kind of hassle next year!
All it takes is to send "YES" in a SMS to 4662! It'll cost you nothing to do so!
Visit this thread to see why JAMB/UTME should be scrapped- https://www.nairaland.com/1280236/why-should-vote-yes-scrap

to go to ghana to read medicine your WAEC must be excellent when i mean excellent i mean As please check university of ghanas website and tell me the aggregate for medicine last year and besides that, schoooling in ghana is very expensive the person would be better off in a private university in nigeria 10000 dollars a session aside other expenses including books food and accomodation no be beans.
