Collate field reports

Translate video reports into written reports

Ensure timelines and deadlines are met for each project delivery

Coordinate with all mystery shoppers to ensure their reports get in on time for collation


Responsibilities

A strong analytical and observartory mind that would ensure that service gaps in service reports are noticed and documented

Requirements
The succesful holder would posses strong observatory and report writing skills. Would have excellent writing skills. Would be able to translate video reports into written format and recognise service gaps in Service quality Reports
Minimum of HND
