Nigerian singers have again shown their dominance in Africa music. This was evident as pop stars D’banj, Iyanya, P-Square, Davido, Flavour, Wizkid were all nominated for African artiste of the year at Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Ghanaian pop duo, R2Bees, are firmly sitting on top with eight ( nominations, while popular rapper, Sarkodie, comes second with 7 nominations. Asem, Cwesi Oteng and Kesse had six nominations each while singer Becca, D-Black, E.L, and VIP had 5 nominations.

Wizkid gave Ghanian azonto's possession away to nigeria by teaching Chris Brown. Chris Brown now publicizing it to be nigerian dance.

P square were invited as an international artistes to Ghanian concert and paid correct bail while their local artistes were paid a chicken change many fractions below that given to the Okoye brothers.
