An institution in the Uk that I applied for MSc just contacted me upon the receipt of my transcript, forwarded by my Alma Matta here in Nigeria; complaining that they were expecting to see a transcript containg the modules undertaken throughout my undergraduate study with SCORES on each course rather than GRADES only. So, I was just wondering what information should a typical academic transcript contained. Anybody in the house that has got a hold of his, shud pls help. 'm confused as i havn't seen one b/4.
