SKILL
As a Sales Associate, you will be an experienced and motivated individual with established sales skills and network. Experience in retail, clothing sales or the service industry is an asset. The ideal candidate will need to understand how to be a team player, will be savvy about the visual and operational aspects of the role, will be committed to loss prevention.

• O’LEVELS, OND, Distance Learning, Part time students.
• One year experience in a fast paced customer-driven retail environment.
• Understanding customer needs and clothing style preferences.
• Managing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Expanding your knowledge of fashion clothing and buying styles.
• Developing your business building strategy with our team and executing it.
• Ability to communicate effectively in order to relay product knowledge and services.
• Strong eye for fashion.
• Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business.
• Basic computer and merchandising skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Physical requirements: lift /carry/move 20kg minimum including fixtures and product.
