Whats dia to suggest its for low income earners? Its a different technology altogether with the added advantage/incentive of plug and play. So no bussiness with any installer.

Also not everyone places a premium on tv programme veiwing. So going for it might be just for the kids - cartoon network and wifey - african magic. And maybe CNN.

So its not only for low income earners as postulated by u.
