Personal Assistant to the M.D Lagos Responsibilities; The Personal Assistant to the M.D’s main tasks will include but are not limited to the following: Maintain an administrative system that proactively supports the CEO and theorganization as a whole Manage the CEO’s appointment and meetings schedules; assist the CEO inbalancing both internal and externalpriorities Handle telephone calls and also ensure courteous reception for visitors to theCEO and the organization Utilize paper and/or electronic knowledge management systems tosupport and enhance informationstorage Ensure confidentiality of all documentspassing through the CEO’s office Handle both local and foreign travel arrangements for the CEO and other Thecompany staff including preparing travelauthorizations, drivers’ advances, flightbookings and hotel reservations Carry out any other secretarial and administrative duties as may be requiredfrom time to time and perform any otherdelegated or self-initiated assignments tothe agreed standards
Qualifications Education, HND or other releventcertificate A Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in English, Secretarial Studies or any related course in Humanities / Social Sciences or anyother related discipline A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within astructured corporate environment Knowledgeable in the use of the internet and other electronic officeequipment Personal Traits and Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills Good multi-tasking skills; energetic and result oriented Planning and prioritizing skills Effective and proven interpersonal skills Respects and maintains confidentiality of information Education BSC HND Experience Entry level and above salary is very attractive and negociable
