I just got a techno phantom a+ from a guy..everything is working well except for the fact that when a caller calls in, they cant hear me but i can hear them clearly..also, i tried using the recorder option but it was not recording anything.
Pls what could be wrong with the fone..

Will dey ask for receipt or they can detect the warranty with a software and work on it..I bought it frm someone and I could not get d receipt.
Or is it advisable to take it to an engineer?
The fone has never been touched/opened.

Your IMEI number should do, I don't think they need the receipt + remember that if you take it to an engineer, your warranty is voided! On the other hand it might take tecno forever to fix it but I'll advice you take it to cal-care first.

pls my f7 doesnt install applications again and it gives me a error that my internal memory is filled up. using clean master, i discovered it but i dont knw whats making it filled up. had to un install some applications for my email to work. right now, i have about 12 applications on my phone. somebody pls help

if u r rooted use a file explorer n go through the path 'root>data>log_other_mode' n delete all of its content

I ported an A+ room for my f7 tecno device which aint compatible wit my phone .... I had to format and restore my back up.. But since aftr then the samsung logo never left my boot logo..... Anytime i booth my fone now i see Samsung b4 the tecno boot logo comes up........ Plz anyone wit help on how to remove this samsung shit............ Thanks in advance

My tecno phantom is showing charging sign but not actually charging. I took it to carlcare office in Benin they told me I should come back in 4 weeks time to collect my phone, took my phone went to slot. There, they told me that there is no solution to this kind of problem that others have been coming with similar problem. They also advice me to be using desktop charger, thats the only solution for now.....
