Now I get the excel sheet you sent, first of all, how long will it take to get the item if am using the normal freight? And secondly the item I told you to check is not even up to a kg, can't you add up my items till it completes 1kg before you charge for it? Let's say the item is 0.500kg and am buying up to a 100 of that same item, do you charge me for each item or you use a sum total of the 100 items weight? And am buying different products do you add up everything and get the total weight of my entire package or each individual package must be weighed and charged individually?
